The Apartments Oliveto Resort Farm Holidays

Beyond the walls of Castello di Oliveto lies the Agriturismo San Romano, nestled in the hills among vineyards, olive groves, and sunflower fields. Experience an authentic rural getaway. The lodge boasts ten apartments, each furnished in classic country style.

Sports enthusiasts can relax in our swimming pool and on our tennis court or head out on mountain bikes among woodlands and hills, following trails that connect the historical villages of this exquisite corner of Tuscany. Castello di Oliveto also offers golf and pleasant diversion at the nearby Circolo Equestre Riding Club.

The apartments are situated 3 kilometres from the Castle. There are eight apartments in a big farmhouse and two apartments in an annex.

Each one is independent and has its own front door.

The Castello di Oliveto is located in the heart of Tuscany, near Castelfiorentino, 40 km from Florence, Siena and Pisa, 18 km from San Gimignano, 35 km from Volterra and 90 km from the sea side.

The apartments are named after historical people, writers and poets of the Italian litterature, and are categorised according to the number of persons that they can accommodate.

Accommodation Facilities

In all apartments:

Coffe Maker and Tv (satellite tv only in apartments type 4), fridge, kitchen / kitchenet, cooking facilities, individual heating control (except for apartment type 5)

Outdoor swimming pool and tennis court

Washing machine and barbecue situated in the common areas

Cots and high chairs at disposal, free of charge

Reception at the castle, open everyday

Next to the apartments there are common gardens and yards from where all the guests can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view.

High season: weekly stay, from Saturday to Saturday

Mid / low season: shorter stays are possible, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

CHECK-IN: on Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m.

CHECK-OUT: on Saturdays not later than 9.00 a.m.
